RETURN POLICY

We accept returns or exchanges for defective or wrongly sent items. If you wish to return your purchased item, please contact us https://wa.me/601116649055 with details of the product and the defect. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via WhatsApp, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

Please provide your order number as well as the reason for your return, and also attach with the photos & videos of products. Our customer service team will review the return request in 3-5 business days and will send further instructions if the return request is approved.
Returned items must be in original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation.
Returned items must be unused, in the same condition that we sent it to you, and in their original packaging. Stains, folded cards, broken seals/ plastic foiling broken will not be accepted. If the condition of the product shipped back to us is not in acceptable condition, we reserve the right to not refund or exchange.
